Its a Hat Trick. Three fiber cuts in one day. There was a fiber
cut earlier today between Texas and California (not a very specific
description) which I missed. Who needs a groundhog to predict spring,
just wait for annual digging up of the fiber festival.
Also, I found out the fiber route map on America's Network web site
has been removed.
