Why don't people learn...?

Here we go again.

If you get reports of problems that appear to be DNS weirdness, _this_
could be the reason why:

"Warever Corp. this week released Legion, an Internet utility that
looks up IP addresses, puts them in a hosts file, and categorizes them."

Round robin?  Load balancing?

Provider replacement(!)?

Why would anyone want to do _those_ things...?
