GTEILEC cable cut in Beaverton, OR

Somebody boring holes in the ground didn't get a locate, so we have
this (straight from the horses mouth):

Cable Cut
Glen/GTE reports that the GTEILEC has suffered a cable cut, and adds that
multiple reports are being generated due to the trouble. Glen explains that
the source of the cable trouble has not been found yet, and can offer no ETR.
