Additional route debug resource

An additional "route-server" is available at route-server.ip.att.net 
and is open to the public.  Use and enjoy.

Let me know if there are any problems using it or if somebody wants 
to see something additional.  It is running 11.1(18)CE, so you do get 
the use of "|".
