The canonical traceroute distribution is available
via ftp from ftp.ee.lbl.gov.
Another version is avaialble from ftp.nikhef.nl in /pub/network,
but it's generally considered to be inferior.
Consider reading the NANOG mail archive before asking your question,
next time.
