The <apops@apnic.net> list has been dead ever since the beginning :)
If you're looking for an Asian NANOG, as in conference and not mailing list,
APRICOT (Asia-Pacific Region Internet Conference on Operating Technologies)
will be held here in Manila, February 18. This is the third after
Singapore 1996 and Hong Kong 1997.
