IP Ownership and Domain Names

How about...

	135.IP4.INT ?

are those registered....?

FL	12.0.0.0	AT&T ITS (NET-ATT)
FL	135.0.0.0	AT&T ITS (NET-ATT-135-0-0-0-B)
