October 1996 notes status

My apologies for not getting more of this done by now. It has been a VERY
VERY hectic November.
I have gotten most of the NAP section done from Thursday morning and
have Yakov's talk on Friday done (with all his slides: Thanks, Yakov!).
I am going to try to have the rest of the notes done before December 1st.
