AS378 trouble

Sorry about the wide distribution, but AS378 is currently announcing
1879 paths, by far the vast majority of which do not belong to
AS378. I see 444 Bs, the rest Cs, 763 of which are obviously
European, coming from the RIPE 193 and 194 blocks. Practically all
announcements have AS path 701 174 378 (as seen from EUnet).
Somebody please do something.
