The IEPG (an acronym which somehow unscrambles to the Internet
Operator's Group) will be holding a meeting on the 4th December
in San Jose. IEPG meetings are open.
Details of the IEPG's activities are held at:

including details of the meeting venue.
Anyone who is not already on the IEPG mailer should send mail
to gih@aarnet.edu.au if they are thinking of attending on the 4th
(so we can track numbers).
