Bill,
Perhaps I left the wrong impression in my comments. The only reason
that I mentioned the RA is that it's the only component of the NAP
technology which actually might help; the question is if it
connects to MAE-East or not. Honestly, I wasn't thinking of the
RIPE route server on MAE-East - funny that function is duplicated to
some extent as well.
I didn't mean to throw out the baby with the bathwater..
