Please indicate that anyone wanting the offnet code
should contact me (skh@merit.edu) and also copy merit-ie@merit.edu
on the request.
Steve R. from MERIT made the corrections on the ENSS.
There is a http:/rrdb.merit.edu/home.html that will give
pointers to NAP information as we can pull it in and put it up.
