Yep.  Perhaps a tacit agreement amongst us to refer new folks, in a  
polite way, to that resource when it's apparent that is where they  
need to be.  And then we agree to update that resource so that's it's  
current and helpful.

Which is ironic given that, in many cases, $isp is us.  :-)
