Any discussion beyond this point is moot. It's time for a decision, or to
keep going. Nothing personal against you, either, as you will know,
Patrick.

Not revolutionary? Fine. Let's start with small changes that will
certainly help evolution.

How about "outlawing" people telling others to shut up, and see how well
that works before moving to more earthshaking moves? We all agree that's a
bad trait on the list. Common ground?

Let's see how that works for us for a bit. Debugging works by doing so one
step at a time.
