No. Stop trying to spin things. NANOG is, in my opinion, based on its
history, a resource for the network monkeys. If that's a team of folks
at a transit ISP, that's what it's for. If that's a time slice of what
the tech guy at <mom and pop ISP> does, it's his resource for that.
Those who wear multiple hats can subscribe to multiple lists. I wear
very few hats, but subscribe to several lists, knowing that not all of
the postings I'd like to make are appropriate for NANOG.
