Maybe it's late, and maybe I'm feeling cynical, but that sounds to me
as though you've just said:

	"If people don't say what I want them to say, I'm going to
	assume that they're wrong, and ignore them"

Has it occured to you that -you- may be a numbered few repeated loud
voice disturbing the operational needs of others?
