PS - I would also suggest that if there are o(10) or fewer people that
don't want their picture taken, it may be far easier to provide
stickers with a camera in a red circle with a line through it than to
legislate a rule, and far disruptive than the ban of last NANOG.

in a former life I managed the Flying Karamazov Brothers and I have
a suggestion: teach everyone who objects to having their picture taken how to juggle (or swallow swords or...). Then ,anytime
someone with a camera shows up, they can start juggling. The photographer will have to get signed release forms from all the "performers" - end of problem (and possibly entertaining)

;-)
