Cynthia Terwilliger has been contracted by the folks at Cyberstate.org to
research the status of information technologies in communities in
Michigan.  On her behalf, I am posting this call for input (below) to
the MJTS email list.

(Cyberstate.org is a new, non-profit group established by Michigan's
 business, education, healthcare, government and philanthropic
 communities, including the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, the Council of
 Michigan Foundations, and the Herbert H. and Grace Dow Foundation.)

Cyberstate.org (www.cyber-state.org) is interested in learning about
Community Building efforts throughout the State of Michigan incorporating
information technologies.  These can be visions, plans, projects or
institutionalized processes by local governments, public agencies
collaborations (i.e. schools, libraries, colleges, non-profits, working
together on infastructure, delivery of local content, distributed e-mail
lists, public access sites, video-conferencing etc.)
