New Active Affiliate:Institute for Diversity and Business Services

It is a pleasure to welcome the Institute for Diversity and Business
Services, located in Detroit in the empowerment zone, as a new directly
attached MichNet affiliate. MichNet Operations connected the Institute
for Diversity and Business Services via a 1.5M bps private data circuit to
our backbone node at Wayne State University.
Institute for Diversity and Business Services is a part of Central
Michigan University.
