MJUS/MJTS meeting
- From: John R. Vollbrecht
- Date: Wed Apr 30 16:31:26 1997
The next MJTS and MJUS meetings are scheduled for May 20 at the MSU
Union in E. Lansing. This will be an experimental joint meeting. The
groups will have a combined meeting in the morning and split into
separate sessions in the afternoon.
The morning sessions will include an overview by Jeff Ogden of what is
going on in the network with an opportunity to ask questions. Scott
Gerstenberger will present a status report on MichNet dialin service.
The guest speaker in the morning will be Craig Labovitz. Craig works for
Merit and has been doing studies of routing and performance issues on the
national and international level. Craig will be presenting a paper
titled "Internet Routing Instability" covering similar issues at SIGCOMM
in June.
We will have an extended lunch period to allow people to
get together in breakout groups. After lunch the breakout groups will
report back, and the MJUS and MJTS groups will split to different rooms
for different sessions.

online registration form are available
