NIH/NLM connections program

I want to alert folks to a National Institute of Health (NIH) / National
Library of Medicine (NLM) program to help obtain "Internet Connections for
Medical Institutions"? It is PA Number: PAR-97-023 and there was an
announcement in NIH Guide, Volume 26, Number 1, January 10, 1997. See:

The program is available to domestic, public and private, non-profit
institutions engaged in health sciences administration, education,
research, and/or clinical care. This includes medicine, dentistry, nursing,
public health, veterinary medicine and other scienses related to health.
Funding of up to $30K is available to single organizations or $50K to
groups for one-year to pay for installation and first year costs of an
Inernet connection at speeds from 9.6K to 1.5M bps. No LAN, personal
computer or staff costs are included.
This is an on-going program and proposals are due on the first of Feb, June
and Oct.
