revised agenda

The following is a revised agenda.  Note that we have a speaker for the
Firewalls section.  Jay is from Cisco in Madison and will be flying in
to do the presentation.  We also have new addition to the breakout
groups - Fred Rowe will lead a group examining the fallout from large
problems at strategic points in the network.  Scott will lead a group
talking about setting up an ISDN trial.  If we have the right people it
would be good to talk about a statewide news configuration - any
volunteers to lead the discussion?
