New MichNet affiliate

Schoolcraft College, a community college in SE Michigan, became a
MichNet affiliate today with a 56K bps link to the backbone router in
Ann Arbor.
10 out of the 29 community colleges in Michigan have MichNet
attachments now with another six that have submitted orders
and which are awaiting installation. So we are a bit more
than halfway to having all of the community colleges connected.
