MacPPP 2.0.1

MacPPP 2.0.1 is now available on merit.edu in the pub/ppp directory.
The name of the binhexed Stuffit archive is macppp2.0.1.hqx.
This version fixes a bug in the 2.0 release which caused it
to not send the modem init string if the "AT" was included in
the string.
Also fixed is an inline asm construct which was causing problems
with Think C 6.0.1 (I believe its a Think C bug).
Lastly, support was added in PPP to loopback packets which are
addressed to the the Mac itself. This function is the responsibility
of the LAP, but was neglected in earlier versions of MacPPP.
