New Affiliate Connectivity Status Change

Oakland Community College is now connected at 56Kbps. Initially, OCC was
using an existing link to Wayne State University for their connectivity.
OCC's Data Center in Bloomfield Hills is now connected to MichNet via
a Cisco Token Ring router and 56Kbps circuit to the MichNet backbone node
at Oakland University in Rochester. OCC will be adding additional
networks to their backbone link from their satellite campuses in the
metro-Detroit area in the coming weeks.
