MichNet SCP uptime reports, April 1993 through August 1993

This message is very similar to the previous one, except that it is
for SCP uptime reports instead of router uptime reports.
After a long absence, the Michnet UPTIME reports are available again.
However, because of the size of the reports and the backlog, I am only
announcing the availability of the reports.
These reports haven't been checked yet. There may be anonomalies in
them due to the collection of the data.

MichNet SCP uptime reports are available via. ANONYMOUS FTP from
MERIT.EDU in the "/pub/stats/michnet-scp-uptime" directory as
follows:
