a "new" affilite

This is old news that I forgot to send out at the time, but better late
than never I hope ...
ArborNet, the folks that run the M-Net BBS system in Ann Arbor are now
an official paying MichNet affilite. They have had a connection to
MichNet (dial-in to an SCP using SLIP) for a long time, but they
started paying this past March.
