Holding on to a dial-in line for days boggles the mind. Silly me for expecting
people to be more considerate than that! I certainly would support a cut-off
after 30-45 minutes of inactivity on the line (or 6 hours of connect time if the
inactivity option doesn't work). This proposed change in procedure should be
detailed in the appropriate newsletters and sign-on messages along with the
reasons for the change.
Unbelievable...
