IRRd 2.2.2

IRRd 2.2.2 has been released on www.irrd.net. This release contains
a fix for the recently implemented irr_expansion_timeout config option.
Also, the performance of '!i' set expansions has been significantly improved
for large route-sets. This should largely obviate the need for the
irr_expansion_timeout option, but this config option is left in for now.
