IRRd 2.2.3 is now available on www.irrd.net

IRRd 2.2.3 fixes an issue with IPv4 support on systems
where v4-mapped connections over IPv6 sockets is disabled by
default. A setsockopt call has been added to enable v4-mapped
connections -- so IRRd will now listen for both IPv4 and IPv6
connections on such systems (instead of only IPv6).
