The code has been pretty much complete for a couple months, but
we wanted to wait for the RPSLng Internet Draft to get somewhat more
settled before releasing it. Joao Damas, who had been editting
the draft, has run into some other time committments and asked
if I would be willing to finish up the document. I'll be putting
out a new version of the draft for comments soon, and if there is
sufficient consensus, we'll release IRRd with conformance to it.
