PGP and updates with 2.1.4

I'm beyond
stumped. :)
Here is our
platform
OS: Sun
Solaris 8
IRRd:
2.1.4
PGP: GnuPG
1.0.6
I am able to
add/delete/update via E-Mail using password or MAIL-FROM authentication, but
cannot using PGP. I have run irr_rpsl_submit as the default
DAEMON and as set ROOT (thinking it was a permissions problem) with
the same results.
Here is the error I
am getting. This is part of the stdout from redirecting the output to a
file from within the /etc/aliases. (auto-dbm: "|/opt/IRRd/irr_rpsl_submit

I also ran a test by
piping the input to irr_rpsl_submit.. cat routedata.asc |
/opt/IRRd/irr_rpsl_submit -v -D > test.log
This is the output
that was sent directly to the terminal....
