The current RADB machine is a Sun Ultra 10 333MHz with 768MB RAM
running Solaris 2.6. The irrd process is currently utilizing 67MB of
RAM. CPU utilization is not a factor. The box has handled 1.7 million
queries totaling about 1G of data transfer during a peak day. We are
actively mirroring 36 databases. Ill put up some more detailed stats
on the RADB page.
An average configuration might be PII-500 128M running Linux or
FreeBSD 4.2.
Maybe others would like to comment about their configurations and what
limitations have come into play?
