While the timer is based on the startup time of the process, there is
some random jitter added to make sure the clean process does not end up
serialized over all the databases. Currently, you cannot schedule a
specific time of day. I'm working on a "cleaning lock" to allow queries
(but not updates) while a database is being cleaned. For the larger
databases (RIPE, RADB, and LEVEL3), the clean process currently requires
about 30 seconds on an 333 MHz UltraSparc.

There is currently no syntax for all databases.
