IRRd 2.1.1

IRRd 2.1.1 is now available at www.irrd.net. This release includes a fix
for a possible race condition for short-lived interactive telnet (UII)
connections. Also included is a new User Guide (which is also available on
the web site). There may be some functionality issues with the PGP/GnuPG
support. We are currently investigating this.
