The RIPE database has not made the transition to the RPSL format.
The RADB requires the data to be in RPSL format so we can present all
databases in a similar format. To give RIPE the time that they need
to make this transition and still mirror the routing data, we are
autoconverting the RIPE database subset into RPSL format every half hour.

Since the database is being autoconverted, we don't have a valid
RPSL mirroring stream that we can provide the RADB user community.
