PGPKEY conversion

Hello,
As Merit has announced, we will be converting to PGPKEY
authentication tomorrow. The transition should be seamless
and there is no action to be taken. For further details
check out our web site (www.radb.net/docs/keyfaq.html).
You are encouraged to upgrade to the new irrd code if
you are using it. The source is available at
http://www.irrd.net/binaries/.
If anyone has any questions or experiences with the new code
please let us know.
