New Snapshot (irrd-1.4-beta-June-23)

Hi,
A new snapshot of the IRRd source code is now available at
ftp://ftp.irrd.net/radb/irrd/source/irrd-1.4-beta-June-23-1999.tar.gz
The changes in this snapshot include:
* Bug fixes for some serious bugs (occasional core dump in radix tree, and
in search algorithms)
* Some boot-time database scanning speedups
* Start of configurable email header/footer response messahes
* Pre-release RPSL email support (full RPSL support will be available soon
with the upcoming IRRd-2.0 release next month).
