Merit Network is pleased to invite you to attend a free seminar to learn
about Merit's suite of NetSourced services for K-12 education, libraries
and other organizations, many of which are E-Rate eligible. The seminar
will be valuable for any institution that is considering options for
providing enhanced services. It will be of special interest to
organizations that participate in the federal E-Rate program.
The seminar will be held on Thursday, October 29 in Ann Arbor. The event
will also be webcast. You can read more and register today at:
http://www.merit.edu/learning/services2009
This seminar will introduce Merit's innovative approaches to delivering
critical core services for organizations, and will provide an
opportunity to find out why leading institutions have selected these
services. You will hear from current customers, partner organizations,
and Merit service specialists, who will describe the services and their
flexible options. The seminar will feature plenty of time for detailed
questions and answers.
Services to be discussed include:
* Dedicated connection services: Flexible and innovative approaches
for meeting every organization's connectivity needs.
* MeritVoice: New alternatives for providing communication
services with Voice over IP.
* MeritMail: The low-cost outsourced email solution with
anti-spam/virus protection, Outlook compatibility, calendaring,
and more.
* Cloud Services: Cloud storage and virtual computing services.
* MeritVideo: Videoconferencing, live and on-demand streaming,
video repository, and consulting services.
* Monitoring and Management: 24x7 network and device monitoring.
Many of Merit's services are structured to ensure eligibility under the
federal E-Rate program, which provides discounts for eligible services
for K-12 schools and libraries. During the seminar we will discuss the
E-Rate eligibility of each service so you can consider your options
during the upcoming funding window.
