Are You
Managing Your Vendors?
Theresa Rowe, CIO, Oakland University
Thursday, September 15, 11:00 a.m. EDT (register)
After a statement of work agreement is signed, a vendor
will provide some sort of service, either short- or
long-term, for your organization. What is your ongoing
role in managing the statement of work and making sure
that the vendor delivers as promised?
This Thursday please
join a webinar where Theresa Rowe, Chief Information
Officer at Oakland University, will discuss the challenges
of managing service agreements, vendor relationships and
performance.
