Deadline extended for MMC 2009 call for presentations

[Merit Network Professional Learning]

The deadline to submit proposals for presentations at the 2009 Merit
Member Conference has been extended to Friday, March 6.

The Merit Member Conference is a great opportunity to share information
about the technical, policy and operational advances your organization
makes every day. We invite you to share your knowledge and experience by
making a presentation at the conference. Presentation topics from a wide
range of networking, computing and technology subjects are appropriate.
Of special interest are case studies of networking in Michigan, new
applications of technology in K-20 education, and emerging techniques in
network architecture and security.

Presentation slots run from 40-50 minutes in length. Presenters receive
complimentary registration to the conference (one waived registration
per presentation). Proposals are due by March 6 and notification will be
