This is a
reminder of a set of classes that will be useful for any
organization that purchases, licenses, implements and
upgrades software. Which is to say: Every organization.
Based on strong demand and feedback from classes held in
August, Merit Network is pleased to welcome back Adam

for three courses in Grand Rapids on June 28-30,
2011.
You can take one, two or all three courses. Prices for
Merit Member organizations are significantly discounted;
additional discounts are available for attending multiple
days, and for organizations that send multiple attendees.
Merit Members are also eligible for scholarship funding.

Three levels
of mastery
Certified
Software Manager (CSM) gives you the skills and
credentials you need to diagnose, resolve and manage
today's complicated software licensing issues. This course
prepares you to take and pass the exam that earns you the
widely-recognized Certified Software Manager professional
designation. The CSM certification exam is included with
your registration.

Advanced Software Manager (ASM) was conceived to
build upon the Certified Software Manager seminar. ASM
delves into the logistics and methods of asset management
plan enforcement, vendor management and auditing
procedures, as well as many other skills essential for
effective asset management. The ASM certification exam is
included with your registration.

Software Compliance Audit Workshop (SCAW) deals
with the software compliance audit process life cycle:
initiation, data collection, analytics, reporting,
due-diligence, and subsequent process improvement
recommendations. The class will help you develop the
framework to manage licenses through a Software Asset
Management (SAM) program.

attendees from Merit Member organizations is significantly
lower than the standard price of $695 per day, and further
savings are available by attending multiple classes or
