FCC Public Notice

On November 3, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released Public Notice DA 09-2376 seeking comment on Broadband Needs in Education. The FCC is requesting comments on various issues related to broadband access in education and the E-rate program. Comments are due to the FCC by November 20, 2009. Reply comments are due December 11, 2009.
