Regional Collaboration Conference Archive
Alpena's Great Lakes Maritime Center hosted a real-time, open-format, town-hall-style workshop
discussing different collaboration and regional cooperation projects;
lessons learned; problems encountered; and how challenges were overcome.
Seven Michigan community entities discussed their accomplishments under the
Governor's
Centers for Regional Excellence program, including:
- City of Alpena
- Downriver Community Conference
- City of Iron Mountain
- "Motown's Downtown"
- Tri-County Regional Planning Commission
- Van Buren County
- West Michigan Strategic Alliance
