Bylaws of Merit Network, Inc.

Article I. Name and Organization

Section 1.
The name of this organization shall be Merit Network, Inc.

Section 2.
The organization shall be organized and shall operate as a non-profit corporation under the provisions of Act No. 327 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1931, as amended.
